Thermal Pads and Thermal Interface Materials, Cut to Your Requirements
Mechanic-Art is a supplier and converter of technical materials. We source and convert thermal interface materials into ready-to-assemble parts: pads, strips and complex shapes, from a single unit to hundreds of thousands of units per year.
Materials We Convert
- Gap Fillers: soft silicone pads that fill larger gaps between a hot component and a heat sink.
- Thin thermal pads: for applications where thickness and cut-through resistance matter.
- Phase change materials: soften at operating temperature and conform to the surface.
- Thermal tapes and adhesives: an alternative to mechanical fastening, transferring heat from the component to the heat sink.
- A range of thermal conductivities, according to the application.
Thermal Materials from Leading Manufacturers
We work with thermal interface materials from leading manufacturers, including Bergquist (Henkel), Chomerics, Fujipoly and Kerafol (Keratherm). Send us the material name or model you need, or your application requirements, and we will source the material and cut it to your dimensions. If the requested material is not available, we will propose a suitable alternative.
